This was a great recipe at two am when I wanted some comfort food before bed... like others, I added some nutmeg and cloves. I also tossed the sliced apples in Orange juice before putting them in the dish. I do this with all apple recipes because it complements the delicious tartness of the granny Smith and evens out the sweetness of the typing. In usually to busy to bake so I will be using this recipe again and again to save time. Also when it's Warner out and I don't want a hot oven in my kitchen!

This was delicious. Here are the changes I made: I used fresh parsley, and doubled it. I completely forgot to add the basil at all, but I will add it next time. Same with the pepper (the family walked in the door and I got distracted). It is a little heavy on the OLIVE oil but I made garlic bread as a side and it worked to soak up some of the extra oil.

Thank you for this simple recipe. I wanted to make a kugel with ingredients I already had in the house. I just finished making it. It tastes very close to the kugel my Bubby used to make. I can't wait till my son tries it. He never got to meet his great grandmother, but at least he can experience the delicious food she used to make.

So quick and easy that my toddler didn't get into trouble a single time while I was cooking! I did not have a problem when using the olive oil. I omitted the salt because I just don't like salt so I used a little balsamic vinegar for flavor.

This recipe was awesome! Everybody ate it up last year. I used light brown sugar and toward the end I wanted to sweeten it a bit more so I added about 1/2 cup more sugar.

This is the best pumpkin pie I've ever had. I brought it to a dinner a few weeks ago and it was gone within seconds! People are still talking about it.

I made this on a specialty foccacia bread that I found at the bakery. I used fresh basil leaves instead of dried basil and it was absolutely delicious!

The coconut crust came out great and the salmon came out great, but I don't think that coconut and salmon go very well together. On the other hand, my husband LOVED it.

Not worth the effort. It tasted fine but I didn't think it was anything special.

This was a nice change of pace for cooking artichokes. Usually I just steam them. They tasted great, but I probably won't use this recipe all the time.
