I followed the recipe to a tea and have baked lemon bars from different recipes many times. I baked the crust for 20 minutes at 350 degrees which is the longest time given. I started to pour on the citrus layer and it seeped under the crust and all the crust floated to the top. i have no clue why this happened and it was very frustrating. still edible but not as pretty as they should be.
