So good! I made this tonight and it turned out incredible. I made it exactly as it said and it was great. I used 2 pie crusts from Pillsbury ready made pie crusts and it baked beautifully. Didn't even spill over. And I found the filling was nice and creamy. Not dry like other reviews said...
I have made this so many times and love to use either shrimp or chicken. I usually grill it in a basket on the bbq and serve the chicken over ceaser salad. My friend showed me this recipe and I love it!
This stirfry was awsome. Bold ginger taste. Sweet and spicy sauce. ummmmm. Reminds me a of schezwan sauce.
Love love love this recipe. I use mushroom soup instead, and still yummy if you don't have cornflakes on top.
I made these tonight and they were a hit. Smelled great cooking and they looked awsome when they were done. Added a tbsp of ketchup to the sauce.

I loved this chicken cordon bleu but found the white wine sauce was a bit too wine tasting...I would prefer more of a white gravy taste....maybe I'd use half chicken broth half wine...
I don't know why, but the first time they were good, but I've tried 3 more times and every time they've been way too tough and even greasy. I've even left the cold ingredients on the counter to bring to room temp. The batter is too thick and they don't cook well...the bubbles don't come through the top before I flip them....just too many things that have gone wrong...time to look for a new recipe. :(
