I've been working in restaurants for about 8 years, mostly waiting tables, but the chefs at the restaurant I'm working now have been giving me a lot of tips on how to be a better cook. I never could afford culinary school, but I hope to make a living one day as a baker. No one pays me for it now, but I'm always trying new things and feeding my coworkers the results.
