These were great! I didn't change a thing. They came out so much better than any of the mixes. Also, they were a lot easier to make than I had thought.
These turned out very nice. I used a very hot iron skillet with no oil. Thank you for the great recipe!
This is really very good. I wanted to make it right away, but had no fresh corn. I watched the video and made it just as he showed, except with canned corn. I can't wait to try it with fresh raw corn.
Good recipe but WAY too sweet for me. My mom used to grow rhubarb and make a much tarter version of this pie. This is not really a criticism as we all have different tastes. That said, I can't wait to make this pie again using about half the sugar that was called for here. That way you can taste the rhubarb and you get a nice sweet and tart flavor.
This recipe is great. I made it pretty close, omitting one can of black beans and adding 3 cloves of garlic instead of one. I think the balance of olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar was perfect. It tasted so fresh! I lovew the mint and parsley tastes. Overall, a great recipe.
