This recipe is good as written, but not great. I advise doing as some other members mention and add a little cinnamon and possibly some nutmeg, it needs a little something for flavor. I found that it was not too sweet for me and liked the amount of topping in the recipe itself. So the only addition I would make would be the spices.
I also ended up with a sticky goo after following the recipe to a tee. However it was a very good tasting goo. I agree with others that using 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice would make this taste better. From now on when I try this I will cook it for more like 25-30 minutes and probably use 2 cups of white chocolate chips as suggested by others. I will try it again only with these changes. And AMANDAMS27, a recipe can actually be wrong depending on altitude and the weather outside for fudge, so although it may not be the fault of the recipe maker, the recipe itself really should allow for these differences within the recipe itself...or use a candy thermometer.
