Great for breakfast and budget-concious-and-diet-conscious girl like me. I used 'chia egg' and brown sugar for this recipe. The result is sweet and full to the stomach. Love it!

I made this with one change, the egg. I used 'chia egg' instead of fresh egg. I followed the rest of the ingredients. The taste was delicious. But the texture was not firm. So it resulted to a soft and moist muffin.
