I enjoy cooking as a hobby, not a profession, and have been cooking for quite a few years now. While I don't post many recipes, I do use a lot of them. I also am learning to cook a lot on the go, as college is coming up and I hope to fend for myself, so I know a lot of quick-cook strategies that last for a while.

This is a wonderful recipe. I'll make it again, definitely. Since I didn't have fresh blueberries at the time, I used frozen mixed berries (Raspberries, Blueberries and blackberries) and it turned out nicely. I would have preferred if it had had more berries and sugar. Next time, I'll use 3 Cups of Berries rather than 2 and 1 1/4 Cups sugar rather than 3/4.
