I live in San Diego as well and these are BY FAR the best fish tacos I have ever had. I used tilapia instead of cod (that's what I had on hand) left out the jalapenos because I have a sensitive palate and added lime zest to the white sauce but kept everything else as-is. It was so amazing, so tasty, so perfect. Thank you so much for posting this recipe!
