Slow Cooker Beef Tips

• 2 lbs beef stew meat
• 2(10.5 oz)cans of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1(1 oz)envelope of onion soup mix
• 1 medium sized onion, minced
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 8oz package of sliced mushrooms (I use baby bella's)
• 1 cup of ginger ale

• Step 1

  Place beef in slow cooker

• Step 2

  Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, onion, garlic, mushrooms and ginger ale together and pour over meat.

• Step 3

  Cover and cook on high for one hour and then turn it down to low and cook for another 5 hours.

• Step 4

  Serve over rice
