Homemade Tofu Tomato Soup
I don't like canned soups because I can taste the preservatives that is in them, so my choice is make the soups completely from scratch. This a really good recipe I made and enjoyed. My daughter even liked it and so did the rest of the family!! Great on a cold winter day with whole wheat bread or rolls.
