Phil's seafood stuffed mushrooms
This recipe originally comes from my good buddie Phil. I slightly altered it and now is largely requested when friends and family get together. I usually use the grill but you can make them in the oven if you prefer. I have also made my own stuffing but it is much more convienent to visit the local fish counter.
