This was great, we all loved it. We even ate the leftovers which is saying a lot because we are not the leftover types. I added some ground beef and served french bread. Great dinner. Next time I'll maybe add tiny meatballs. This was great thanks!!!

These were really great. I originally made them for my 2 year old and they were a little to difficult for him to eat, so I brought them to work and they were gone before lunch! Someone else had made cookies and these bars went faster than the cookies. I added some dried blueberries and everyone loved them and two asked for the recipe. Thanks!

These are great after reading the reviews I too used only butter. I had been using a recipe that I have had for a long time and hubby didn't want me to try anything new, but I did anyways, hehe. These are now his and my favorite. Thanks for the great recipe!

Good, not great. The dough was very sticky and I had to us a lot of extra flour to be able to kneed it. I will probably try this again and will add some stuff to spice up the dough a little. I think that it is also really important that you use a great sauce and great cheese too.

Good, a little tart b/c of the cranberry. I couldn't find the regular concentrate so I used the cocktail. I tried using only a half a cup of sugar as the others suggested when you use the cocktail, but it was still way too bitter. So I used the whole cup and everyone liked it and thought it was a great new way to do iced tea. I still thought it was a bit too bitter.

Made this for a bridal shower and was good. I needed 2 lbs of lemons to make the juice. I used a citrus press and worked well.

First try at making any type of bread and I used all purpose flour, because I read the recipe wrong. Will probably try again with bread flour next time.

Italian Vegetable Soup with Beans, Spinach & Pesto

This was a good basic recipe that needed "something" Hubby and I liked it but felt that it was missing something that we couldn't figure out. It was a little bland. I added garlic to the onion when cooking and added some parmesan cheese too. Will make again but will probably change up a few things.

Kinda tasted like a cookie bar. Would defiantly reduce the amount of chocolate chips next time. This was super easy to make and will try and change up the ingredients next time.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Made this tonight. I was not sure if I really liked it or if it was just ok. Hubby really liked it, but thought that it was rich. I felt like I was gonna have heartburn later. I thought that the meatballs were very good. As for the sauce, I needed to add more sugar because of the acidy tomatoes. Followed the recipe otherwise. This Is a maybe make again for me. Will be checking out other recipes first.
