This recipe is fantastic. There are only 2 of us in the house so when I make it, I freeze half the sausage mixture and save it for another day.

House Fried Rice

This recipe was great, I didn't add any meat, just the vegetables and it was still very good. I froze my cooked rice before mixing it in with the vegetables and it made the rice less "pasty".

Campfire Potatoes

This recipe is fantastic. I made them on a camping trip and they were a hit. I sprayed the aluminum foil with Pam as someone had mentioned the potatoes stick. I used a lot more cheese than the recipe called for. I made two batches and used 2 cups of cheese. Update - still making these potatoes - we love them! I no longer measure ingredients but I know we definitely use more Worcestershire then called! We love it when they get nice day browned! Delicious!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

These taste fantastic. I made them last night to bring to a party this weekend. It was a little difficult to mix the confectioner's sugar with the other ingredients. The kitchen was a little messy by the time I was done. The end result was worth it.

I had trouble with this recipe. It was way too juicy. I used one head of broccoli first and then added another and it was still too juicy. I have had broccoli salad before and it was fantastic. I didn't like this at all.

I thought this recipe was terrible. Once the marshmallow/chocolate mixture melted, it hardened way too fast to get it mixed in with the cereal. I went straight from the stove to the bowl and it had hardened before I could get it mixed in. I also didn't care for the flavor or texture very much.

My husband and I loved this recipe. The second time I made it, I substituted a veal/pork/beef mixture for the meatballs instead of the beef alone. Excellent!

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Fantastic recipe. Very simple and very moist. This has become the only meatloaf recipe we use in my house. As a matter of fact when anyone wants meatloaf now, they ask for Rempel Meatloaf! HA HA! Thank you.

Great recipe. My dip had chunks of cream cheese in it when it was done because I didn't mix well enough. Next time I will try using a beater to mix it.

No Time to Cook Chicken

I didn't like this at all. The chicken shredded and there was too much sauce for the chicken and I didn't like the flavor either.
