I have cooked this several times for guests and everyone always raves about this dish. The sauce is fantastic and having bread on the table for dipping works well.

Fantastic recipe. I buy the noodles fresh from a local Chinese shop and everyone raves about this dish when I make it.

Thai Pineapple Chicken Curry

Fantastic recipe. The curry and the pineapple complement each other well. I use red curry paste that I buy at an Asian grocery store. I like it spicy and so I add the whole amount of the curry paste. However, when I cook for others, I only add two tablespoons and even then some people complain.

Great recipe. I normally am not a big fan of basil, but it goes great in this dish. I agree with another reviewer about adding feta cheese instead of Parmesan.

This recipe has been a big hit every time that I have made it.

Fantastic recipe. I always add slices of bell peppers and onions between the beef kabobs which works out very well.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Delicious recipe. The first time that I made it, I accidentally added the zucchini with the rest of the vegetables, but it still turned out amazing. The zucchini lost its consistency, but it added to the richness of the soup. There have been times when I have been traveling and unable to find the Italian sausage and so have substituted rich, smokey sausage instead and it was still amazing.

I was looking what was left in the garden and what I had in the fridge. I googled kale, beets and bacon and happily found this recipe. I doubled the quantities, but otherwise didnt change anything. This is really delicious and really easy to make. I hadnt used beet leaves or stems before so that was a treat.
