Wow!!!!! Delicious. This was truly the best Irish soda bread recipe I have ever tried and will never use a different one EVER. I too was concerned with the consistancy but for no reason. I did change it just a little to lower the fat and calories. I used egg sustitute, low fat sour cream and made my own sour milk using skim milk and lemon juice and omitted the raisins(I don't like them in bread). It did nothing to lower the integrity of this recipe. I will be making this again for Easter brunch.
Simple and easy. I love recipes that look like I slaved for hours. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe. I made them for a Christmas Eve buffet and made them the night before. They are delicious. I will definatley make these again.
This cake has wonderful flavor. I will definately make it again. I made it into two 9 inch round but I may have filled them too high, I had a spillage problem. I made a layer cake with chocolate frosting. I put a coconut almond mixture between the layers and pressed the mixture along the sides. It made it look REALLY pretty. Thanks a bunch, a definate keeper.
Thank you thank you thank you. What a delicious cake. Moist and so flavorful. This will most definatly be a regular in my house. I made it for my Christmas Eve buffet for my family. I could barely keep from eatting it myself, it smelled delicious. I did change one thing, I took another reviewers advice and used Crainsins instead of raisins. Very festive.
Delicious. I needed a quick dressing for a pasta salad I was making for a Greek party tonight. This was perfect. I scaled it down to 10 servings. Thank you so much. I will be making this again.
I made this cake for a Big Fat Greek Party I planned with some friends. We were supposed to watch My Big Fat Greek Wedding and we all brought some Greek dishes. We never watched the movie and ate plenty of delicious Greek food. This cake and the Greek Honey cake from this site were a smash. I have no complaints and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for a delicious recipe.
Delicious. I loved this dish. I have had a hard time in the past with Tofu. Being a new vegetarian, I was looking for a tofu dish I would like, having failed in the past. If it wasn't for me actually making it myself, I would have never known there was Tofu in it. Thank you so much.
I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but I tried so hard to like this recipe. I just couldn't. It smelled aweful and in no way did it have the same consistancy as mayo. I just couldn't get past the smell. I tried adding more things, cream cheese like another reviewer suggested. Sadly, I ended up washing this down the drain.
Yummy. This is a great morning drink, I loved it. I used strawberries instead, I didn't have raspberries. I wouldn't change a thing, perfect as it is.
A nice stock and easy to make. I used this as the stock in Pasta e Fagioli, instead of chicken broth, to make it vegetarian.
Yum!!! Wonderful and yet oh so easy. I made a few minor changes, but for personal reasons, not because I thought the recipe needed improvement. I cut back the oil to 1 tablespoon, used vegetable stock to make it vegetarian and tossed in some spinach, it just made it look so pretty. I also squished the stewed tomatoes, to make the peices smaller. I have enough soup for a weeks worth of lunches. Thanks for a delicious recipe.
These cookies are nice and easy. I whipped up a batch in no time. I read another review that said the cookies spread alot. This happened to me too, ONLY when I greased the pan. The rest of them came out perfect, no spreading. As long as you have a decent cookie sheet, my suggestion would be to skip greasing the pan. They came off the pan with no trouble.
