I've been cooking since I was about 12, and I'm now 27. Professionally, I am a sous chef with a strong background as a saucier. I am mostly self taught, but I do call my sister for help, foodnetwork.com, and i watch the channel a lot, and now this site since I found it. I enjoy cooking for friends in my free time. I'm an avid sports fan; go Steelers, Cavs, Buckeyes, and Reds! Its also a great excuse to make great food. Spending time with my daughter Racquel, cooking, eating, sports, music, and movies are what I enjoy. I love cats and would like more. I love to constantly be learning more about food and cooking. I like other people that share my passion for food. I think I'm a good teacher and like lending my advice.
