Yum! Finally a whole wheat bread recipe that is good for us and tastes great! It is a huge recipe so I am looking forward to eatting my yummy bread for awhile. No problem though, I just sliced it and then stuck it in freezer! Thanks Shannon!
Yum! The lemon juice gives it zing.
Light and refreshing! I premade the dressing and took it along with an English cucumber camping. I used my husband pocketknife to slice the cucmber and then mixed it in a bowl. Yum!
This was delicious. It would have been a 5 starer except my kids aren't accustomed to it yet. I only used about 1/2 T oil.
Like Chinese BBQ. Even the kids like this one. I used walleye instead of cod and tomato paste instead of canned tomato sauce. I served with White and Wild Rice Pilaf. Num.
A very nice side with a spicy entree. I used 2 cups chicken broth, 1.5 cup water. I also omitted the carrots. Living in Minnesota you have to have a good wild rice recipe. ;)
I only made the meatball part and then used spaghetti sauce on top. Yum! These are delicious. My skeptical husband even loved them. My 10 and 8 year liked them too. This recipe is a keeper. I can't wait to try different sauces!
These muffins are great! I added 1T orange zest and made the cranberries 1 cup. I used fresh cranberries which I suspect is the secret. My 10 and 8 year old love them!
This tofu stir-fry is delicious. My husband, a meat and potatoes man, even enjoyed it. My kids are not big meat eaters so this meal was perfect for them. The tofu is unoffensive to their taste buds. I used 5 different types of fresh vegetables. Yum!
I would tweek this if I make again. No need to use cabbage, lettuce will do. Also, I baked the fish instead of frying it.
