Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

I made it twice. The second time I cut the chicken into bite size pieces instead of shredding it. It was easier and I thought better. I also used 4 chicken breasts instead of 8 and there was still plenty of chicken in the soup. I also substituted whole tomatoes with diced.(personal preference) This is the best soup I've had so far on this website!

First time I made it exactly as recipe stated. The taste was very good but there was hardly any broth. Every time I've made it since, I used 7 bouillon cubes and 7 cups of water. After that adjustment, I would give it 5 stars.

I loved it. My wife thought it was too sweet. So since this is my review, I'm giving it 5 stars.

Flatlander Chili

The flavor is AWSOME! My only beef is that it's too thin. So I add extra beef and extra beans. I eat it with Tostito's Scoops. SUPERB!

Disappointed. It was easy to make but it tasted like canned chili. I made it exactly as the directions said to. I normally make the Flatlander Chili on this site which is excellent but I got lazy and thought I would try an easier recipe. The Flatlander Chili is worth the extra work.

Chef John's Stuffed Peppers

Definitely 5 star worthy. It's the best recipe that I have found on this site. The sauce was awsome. I used 8 peppers instead of 4, cut the tops off and removed the seeds. It was perfect for the amount of peppers for the filling. The filling would not have fit in 4 peppers cut in half. The wife loved it too! Will definitely make again.
