Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

My Husband said after the first couple of bites, " It tastes the same if not better than what you would get in a restaurant”! I used 2 Campbell’s Consommé and a can of Campbell’s French Onion Soup, which I did NOT add, water to. After I had everything in the crock-pot I placed the Chuck Roast beef in and I added Garlic powder over the top of the meat. Once it was done I took the meat out and shredded in a separate bowl. I melted provolone cheese on the sourdough bread rolls put the meat in it and dipped it in the au jus and it literally melted in my mouth it was SO GOOD. Take it from me I work in a restaurant that is known to have the best roast beef dip in town and I thought this was just a tasty! A little hint common hint I thought I would just throw out there is after I finished dinner I put the au jus in a separate container and place it in the fridge. Naturally all the fat went to the top and formed a solid mass that I could grab and toss. Again its common knowledge I just wanted to put it out there. :)

Really easy, followed other review advice by adding just a hint of Brown sugar, and onion powder. Came out great!! I used the leftovers for sandwiches the next day. Awesome!

Yummy Red Snapper!!! I didn’t have rice vinegar so I used white vinegar. I didn’t have green onion so I used onion powder and parsley flakes for color. I also ground sea salt over each filet just to try it out. Then for fun I grilled it instead. It came out wonderful! My husband liked it and wants to use it again. I did rub the ingredients in and let sit for 30 min before we grilled the snapper.

Yummy Quiche

I just came back from vacation where I had the chance to eat a breakfast quiche for the first time. I knew I could make it better than the bed n breakfast my husband and I had stayed at. So I went to the grocery store and purchased Pillsbury ready made crust, eggbeaters, Colby jack cheese, bell pepper, bacon, and fresh sliced mushroom. I returned home and thought “dang it how in the world do I cook this”. I knew I would find a recipe to follow on here and man did it turn out good! My Husband ate half of it in less than 30 min. Recommendations don’t use cream, why do you need cream? I didn’t use cream. I enjoyed this with sour cream and salsa, and my husband had it with ketchup. My wish is that this might help someone. Have a blessed day.
