I use this as a base for when I make mac and cheese. If your serving around 4-6 people. I would recommend doubling the pot size needed then what you would cook the pasta in normally if you want to keep it in one pot.

  • 1: cook pasta per box directions. Drain and rinse off pasta.

  • 2: melt butter in pot and mix in milk,broth,peppercorn, 1/3 of the cheese, flour and parmesan cheese. Return pasta to pot. (DO NOT BOIL ONLY HEAT)

  • 3: stir constantly and pour in more cheese until melted and well combined.

  • 4: serve and enjoy
