Made this a couple times, love it. I just adjusted and used a little less salt. But one of my fave side dishes now.
I added a little more ginger, vanillla and some cinnamon. Then put the honey in right before we drank it! Delicious, similar to a chai tea. Yum!
I substituted cinnamon applesauce for half the oil. My toddlers distracted me and I completely forgot the vanilla and it was still a hit!
