The basis was good. I used fresh ginger instead of ground, swapped curry paste for the tumeric, used a whole lemon grass stalk, and omitted the pepper flakes. I also added about 1/8 cup of Fish sauce. I also added garlic in the mix. It was a five star after that.

I accidently used 1 cup of couscous, but just doubled the salmon. Great taste. I also forgot the salt, but with the mayonnaise I didn't notice it. I did add at least 1 tablespoon of paprika to the mayo. Will make again and will definitley share!

Really good recipe...I found it less oily if I bake the meatballs first in the oven. I hardly ever give out five stars but this definitly comes close. My husband LOVED this recipe and has now fallen in love with orzo...thanks

Good recipe. Very flexible. I have always used oil instead of butter and sometimes I don't have enough bananas or sugar. Still always comes out great. I also add nutmeg and vanilla when I remember.

Easy to make...easier to eat. I mixed everything in my stand mixer then pressed into a cookie sheet. Pricked with a fork and baked. I cut them into squares after they cooled just a few minutes. Thanks for a great recipe.

Accidentally started with pie filling instead and had to cook it then cool before adding cool whip....but still turned out great!
