I was able to make 6 pancakes with the proposed recipe. Pancakes turned out fluffy as planned.

I loved this recipe that involves ground chicken. It was a new experience and an ethnic challenge. I could not find lemongrass paste at Safeway, but I will keep searching.

Used brioche bread. Tasty.

I still haven't figured out how to make meatloaf without swimming in a pool of grease.
