Fantastic! Easy to make and great for leftover thanksgiving turkey. You could easily make this with rotisserie chicken and chicken broth. I added minced garlic to the onion/celery sauté. I did put this in a slow cooker on low for 4 hours After whisking the broth into the rue and then added chopped portobellos to cook down. I added the half and half at the end along with a little more turkey broth. it was very good! I’ll be making it again and also plan to make a vegetarian version with veggie broth, zucchini and mushrooms.
