I added a few swigs of green hot sauce, large chopped garlic clove and a small onion before I put in the beans and water. So simple, savory and delish!
Came out perfect. Followed others advice; 4 bars cream cheese, almost 1 1/4 cup sugar, little less than 2/3 cup lime juice, and more lime zest. I also did use lemon cookies for crust instead of graham crackers. My coworkers LOVED it. Follow directions for the water pan and 30 minute rest cake is puffy when you shut off oven. Give that 30 min to rest. This one is a true gem!
