I really wanted to love this Mac and cheese- it was simple to prepare and looked delicious when it was ready to eat, but my family members all agreed that it was seriously bland. Even my 5 year old who prefers bland food was asking for the salt shaker after her first bite. Maybe it was my fault for using the medium cheddar that I had on hand instead of a sharp variety.
