  • Pour the sugar, warm water and yeast into a small bowl. Let it rest for 10 minutes. The yeast will expand a lot during this time. Do not stir.

  • In the meantime, mix the flour, salt and seeds in a large mixing bowl.

  • Pour the oil and the yeast mixture into the flour mixture.

  • Knead the dough for about 10 min.

  • Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

  • Punch down the dough and let it sit for 2 min. In the meantime, butter two bread forms.

  • Tear the dough in half. Place each half into a bread form. Let it rise for another half hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Bake the bread for 15 min

  • Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake the bread for another 20 min.

  • Let the bread cool. Enjoy!
