Whole Wheat Bread

Pour the sugar, warm water and yeast into a small bowl. Let it rest for 10 minutes. The yeast will expand a lot during this time. Do not stir.

In the meantime, mix the flour, salt and seeds in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the oil and the yeast mixture into the flour mixture.

Knead the dough for about 10 min.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.

Punch down the dough and let it sit for 2 min. In the meantime, butter two bread forms.

Tear the dough in half. Place each half into a bread form. Let it rise for another half hour.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Bake the bread for 15 min

Reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake the bread for another 20 min.

Let the bread cool. Enjoy!
