  • Wash and peel the potatoes.

  • With a pastry brush, brush the potatoes with the oil.

  • Sprinkle the salt over the potatoes. Brush the salt over them for a more even coating.

  • If you're using flavoring, brush that over as well.

  • Bake in a 450 degree oven.
