Potato Chips

These are seriously popular at parties, and I'm often asked for a recipe. The only thing wrong with these is that you can't stop eating them.

4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (though any kind works, I find these taste the best)
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Chile powder, onion powder or whatever flavoring you like. (optional)

Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes.

Slice them as thinly as possible.
Step 3
Place them on a baking sheet (you'll probably need multiple baking sheets).
Step 4
With a pastry brush, brush the potatoes with the oil.
Step 5
Sprinkle the salt over the potatoes. Brush the salt over them for a more even coating.
Step 6
If you're using flavoring, brush that over as well.
Step 7
Bake in a 450 degree oven.
