  • Chop the lettuce, bacon and bread into bite sized pieces.

  • Put the lettuce into a large mixing bowl.

  • Fry the bacon in a pan over medium high heat.

  • Fry the bread in the leftover bacon fat over medium low heat until crisp.

  • Mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic paste, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  • Put all the ingredients into the lettuce. Mix thoroughly.
