  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

  • In a different medium mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. You really don't want to over-mix.

  • Spoon 1/4 cup of batter into a pan at medium-low heat.

  • You'll see bubbles on the surface. Wait for the bubbles to pop, and then flip the pancake over to cook on the other side.

  • Once the pancakes have cooled a little, pour a little maple syrup over 'em and enjoy!
