Drizzle with maple syrup and melted butter or spread jam over top.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In a different medium mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. You really don't want to over-mix.
Spoon 1/4 cup of batter into a pan at medium-low heat.
You'll see bubbles on the surface. Wait for the bubbles to pop, and then flip the pancake over to cook on the other side.
Once the pancakes have cooled a little, pour a little maple syrup over 'em and enjoy!
