This was extremely quick and easy! I used 2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water for the au jus, and it was fantastic!

Fantastic recipe that I will be making again! As some of the other posters, I used Italian Bread Crumbs, sautéed the onion in Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbsp of butter and a clove of minced garlic prior to baking. I also doubled the sauce, and reduced the mustard by 1/4 tsp, and I cooked for 1 hour 25 minutes.
