This turned out perfectly. And is so simple to make. We have so many lemons in our tree and this is a great recipe to use them for. Today I am making just the filling in individual ramekins and topping with whipped cream; saving calories. Yum!
Super easy to make & very delicious. I tripled the recipe and froze half of the uncooked meat mixture to use next time.
These were very yummy and easy to make. The mixture had a little too much liquid so I just drained it. I rested them on paper towels to soak up oil then added them back to the pan after wiping out the excess oil & heated then a few minutes more. They turned out super crispy.
