Great easy way to cook corn! I couldn't get fresh corn but the supermarket stuff turned out well with this. Make sure you don't mess with the foil too much, just let it cook and trust the grillin; Gods to do their thing. I served it with grilled margarita shrimp and people were using the leftover chili butter to dip shrimp. It complimented well.

Simply awesome. I marinated for a little over an hour and the flavor came out great. I did just eyeball everything and added a little of the margarita I was drinking at the time for more liquid but it turned out great. I think it'd be pretty tough to mess this one up.

I made this for my Brother's veggitarian girlfriend. It was so good I couldn't even make and meat eater jokes! I make this all the time for my wife and myself. Don't tell anybody though:)

This is a really good dish. Just be very, repeat, VERY careful of the gorgonzola. The first time I made it I overdid it and the gorgonzola overpowered everything else. Good eats, just be ware of the gorgonzola. Gorgonzola

Ahi Poke Salad

This came out really well. I lived on Oahu for 5 years and have been craving Poke ever since I left. Was just about to give up and admit defeat till I found this recipe. I left out the macadamia nuts and added a LITTLE soy to the finished product.
