Very good, easy recipe. I used my own homemade bread crumbs and added a little garlic salt, basil, parsely, oregano, and salt & pepper to the crumbs & cheese. I used olive oil & butter to fry and the chicken was very tasty and moist. I served with spaghetti & marinara. Yum!
These were cookies my mom made for my siblings & I when we were kids and I absolutely loved them. This recipe is exactly what I remember and they are just as good now as they were then! I used butter (didn't have margarine) and they came out great. Thanks!!
I just made this for Thanksgiving last week, followed the recipe exactly and everyone absolutely LOVED it. Including myself!
These are awesome! I made for dinner tonight and I absolutely love them and even my picky kids devoured them!
I've made this now a few times and love it. I follow the recipe exactly; it's so easy and so yummy, just a really good combination of flavors.
I cooked the recipe exactly as stated, and while the chicken was very moist and juicy (without skin) I thought it should have been cooked a bit longer to get crispier. I will try again cooking an additional 15 minutes or so and raising the temp to 375 for that add'l time. Also, I will use a little less pepper as my kids thought it was a tad 'spicy'.
My first attempt at homemade spaghetti and meatballs and it turned out pretty great! I did not make any changes, but if/when I do it again I will try what another suggested and either blend the tomatoes in a blender or buy them already pureed?? I really liked the meatballs.
I've made this a few times and just recently again for a New Year's party. Everyone loved it! I like eating it with celery or tortilla chips.
I made this for Thanksgiving (my first apple pie) and it was AWESOME. I did not end up using all 8 apples.
This should get 10 stars! I have made this recipe several times and every time I receive many compliments, better than the store in the mall! I use a bread machine to make the dough and I let it sit for a long time after the cycle is done, before rolling it out. I also like to leave them (after cutting up) in the refrigerator overnight and bake in the morning. They come out huge.
Very Good! I made this exactly per the recipe and thought it was good, but a little spicy. I added an extra tomatillo and a little garlic powder, lemon juice and water, and that made it a 5-star for me. Used it on cicken flautas made from here.
