This was sooooo good!!! I also used the crunchy chow mein noodles instead of Step 2. I also added cucumber slices but left everything else as it. It was refreshing and delicious.

Cajun Corn and Crab Bisque

This was absolutely delicious and very quick & easy to make. Cooking time was more around 30 min start to finish. I was worried about the statement that it would taste salty so I didn't add additional salt (the recipe doesn't call for Old Bay seasoning so maybe that's where she went wrong). However, it was not salty at all. I also didn't add the shrimp/crab boil because I didn't have any and didn't know where to get it. I used a can (6 oz) of lump crab meat and a 1/2 pound of fresh, small shrimp (size 90-110). I followed everything else to the tee. Thank you!

Made this last night and couldn't believe how well the flavors worked together. It was delicious! I used a 4.5# pork loin and only cooked it for 2 hours, then added the glaze and cooked for an additional 30 min. It was completely done but still tender. I also took the advice of others and doubled the spices & the glaze (I'm glad I did because it's excellent over rice!) and substituted brown sugar and balsalmic vinegar. Extremely good! Thank you!

This was delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and it wasn't salty at all. I only had 90 min to spare for marinating my steaks and they were still VERY flavorful. I also don't have a "real" grill so I cooked them on my George Foreman grill. Thank you!

I made this recipe last night and it was pretty good. I cooked my patties on the george foreman grill. I gave it 4 stars because the patties didn't have enough flavor. I will probably make this recipe again but will add more of the spices. The sauce was excellent. I made mine on the stove and didn't have a problem getting it to thicken. The recipe does make a LOT of sauce...more than enough for use on mashed potatoes or rice.

This recipe was soooo very bland. It's good to get you started but it definitely needed work. I added diced onion while browning the meat then seasoned it with garlic powder and a little seasoning salt. I also added in worcestershire & soy sauce to the roux mixture and then it was very good.

I made this last night and it was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend who claims he doesn't like chicken had 2 helpings and took the leftovers for lunch. I did cut back on the sesame seed oil and also used ground ginger instead of fresh ginger root. I did not bother cooking the marinade first. I simply stired the ingredients together in a bowl and then poured it over the breasts in a zip lock bag. I also sliced the breast into smaller strips, as was suggested, and marinated for about 30 min. I cooked mine on my Foreman Grille and it was so moist and flavorful. Will definitely make this again!

World's Best Lasagna

Absolutely the BEST lasagna I have ever made! Per others' suggestions, I made the following changes: 1) used brown suger instead of white 2) used fresh basil instead of dried 3) used red wine instead of water 4)didn't boil the noodles...just soaked them in hot water while the sauce was cooking. 5) added a couple dashes of nutmeg to the ricotta cheese mixture 6) used shredded mozarella instead of slices. This recipe makes A LOT of sauce. I had about 2 cups left over even after I was generous with it in my layering. My boyfriend LOVED it and said it's the best he's ever had. I didn't find it all that 'labor intensive' to make considering it is lasagna! Thanks for this recipe!

These were sooo easy and delicious! As suggested by others I used a bottle of beer in place of water and let them boil for about an hour and a half. They were sooo tender and flavorful. I don't have an outdoor grille so after they boiled, I broiled them for about 15 minutes with additional marinade (which I added a little cornstarch to thicken it up). My boyfriend and I loved it!

Honey Baked Chicken II

My boyfriend loved this recipe!! I only gave it 4 stars because it was a tad bit too sweet for me. I cut back on the butter and only used 1/4 cup. Next time I'll also cut back on honey. I used spicy brown mustard and added a pinch of cayenne per others' suggestions. I used about 3 whole boneless skinless chicken breats. My oven was giving off fumes so at the last minute I decided to cook it on the stove. I seared each side for 2 minutes, then poured the sauce over the chicken and cooked on low for 20 minutes. The breasts were tender and juicy. The ingrediants made a great flavor.

Absolutely loved these! I doubled the spices but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The basil/tomato feta cheese is wonderful on these!

MMMMMMM! This chicken was sooo good! I couldn't imagine coating a pan with 1/4 cup of butter so I omitted that step and just used a nonstick pan instead. I also seasoned the chicken with seasoning salt, pepper & garlic powder and then dredged it in plain flour so that the chicken would have more flavor. My family absolutely loved it and I will be making it again!
