I followed the lead of another reviewer and rubbed my tenderloin with grainy mustard, a sprinkle of garlic powder and rolled it in crumbs. I added fresh rosemary and fresh parmesan. Seared the loin and then popped it in the oven.

Pineapple Enchiladas

I have been meaning to try this recipe for quite some time now. I added a shredded chicken breast to the pineapple mixture. I like my food with a bit of spice, so I added one red chili. I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream. Yummy! Easy to make!

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

I have made this soup several times. I follow the recipe as is, except I don't often have sourcream, so I usually use plain yogurt.

French Onion Soup Gratinée

I love-love-love this recipe. I use different cheeses than it states. The magic in this soup is not the cheese, it is the carmelized onions and broth. Follow the carmelizing instructions!! I never actually have 2 of each onions when I am in the mood for making this soup, so don't worry too much about that.

Curry-Coconut Shrimp

I followed AGLIKA's suggestions and made this. I make alot of curries, and this one was easy since the ingredients are all things we don't have to run to the grocery store for. I like my food spicy so I added a green chili, seeds and all to the blender. I also didn't measure my coconut milk, I just added 1 can.

This was easy and tasted great. I would not go as far as some and say it is the best recipe on this website.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

I used milk instead of cream, and I boiled 2 chicken breasts and shredded them instead of diced. I added tones of cilantro to serve. I added twice the cumin and some chili powder.
