This recipe is super easy, and quick! I substituted peas for the green beans, and it still tasted fantastic! :D
This was my first attempt at from scratch muffins, and I loved this recipe! It is a sticky batter, but the muffins turned out so moist. I also didn't have to cook them for 30 minutes, but that's fine too! Also, I only put in 1 1/2 cups of blueberries, and the muffins still turned out fabulous. YUM!
This is a must keep recipe! These cookies are delicious. I made them for family, and they kept devouring them at every chance they could get.
I cannot express how easy this recipe is! I've been searching for recipes that are simple to teach my hubby how to cook, and this recipe is both simple and delish! I took the advice of another poster and added rice to the mixture- to compensate for the added rice, I just added a touch more salsa, and water. Everything tasted wonderful! My hubby couldn't get over how good it tasted. This will definitely be a go-to recipe on busy nights!
My best friend gave me this recipe, and I love it! Instead of ham, I use turkey sausage, and I also substitute in red peppers to give it some color. This is a great brunch recipe.
These cookies were not soft AT ALL. They were actually very hard, and tough. I made the recipe twice just to make sure it wasn't the way I had made, them but they were just as awful as the first round!
Like other users suggested, I added salt (though I`ll add more then I did next time). I found that the recipe made more then 12 servings, as I`m used to having my yorkies being smaller, and only filling half of the muffin tin. They turned out really cakey, but still doughy, and they did look fabulous. I just found them too dense for my personal liking. Next time, I`ll just cut the recipe in half! Good recipe though! :D
Great recipe! I used store bought dough (will try with my own dough recipe next time) and it was still delish! We added red peppers and green peppers to the toppings, and used regular Mozza cheese. It was still awesome!
