I made it exactly by the recipe, very good but found a bit to much garlic. That could just me so don’t change on my account.

I should make this exactly but I can’t condone the modern raising of veal so I used pork butt steaks. The trick is the coating , let it stand/dry on a rack for 30-45 minutes before frying . Nice and crispy.

Chicken Parmigiana

The prepared spaghetti sauce ruined it for me but making it again I used a 5 minute sauce from tomato sauce, basil, oregano, tarragon, fresh garlic, salt and pepper. Other than that I’ll be making this often, Now it is part of my go to recipes. Whole family loves this.

Easy and delicious,. Best pasta to use I’ve found is linguine . Paired with chicken parmigiana a cucumber salad. Really a crowd pleaser.

When I made this, Wife said about this recipe “where have you been all my life.”. The peppers, not me. This kicks bland out the window. Will make again and again.

Not really spicy enough for me but was find for my wife. Next time i’ll Split the difference and it will be great.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

First time I was in a rush so I fixed it exactly as the recipe stated and was great. A week later I toyed with the recipe and substituted rice vinegar for the cider as added 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil. That suited my taste better. Either way is great.
