Followed another suggestion for prize winning baby backs for the seasoning rub, these were absolutely amazing! Got raves about the sauce and requests for the recipe and the meat was the most tender, fall-off-the-bone meat I've ever had! Only thing I did different was added minced garlic to the onions while they sauteed and omitted the chile pepper bcuz some of my guests cannot have spice, it ended up with the perfect balance of heat regardless. I was told these ribs were equal to, if not better than, restaurant quality ribs. Thanks Scott!
