I just made this as written except I used dried lentils - I want to eat more chard (I'm growing it in my backyard) but I don't like it much - it was easy to eat in this recipe! I really liked it and will make it often.

I really hate all kinds of squash, but a butternut came in my CSA box, so I made this soup. I thought it was great! First time I've ever liked anything with squash in it! I did roast the squash first.

Mozzarella Meat Loaf

I really like this. I sauteed mushrooms and onions instead of using minced and canned, and I forgot to put the rest of the tomato sauce in, but it still turned out great. I'll definitely be making it again.

My first time ever eating turnips. This was delicious. I used cream instead of milk (no milk on hand) and I didn't add any sugar. I also didn't cover it at all in the oven. I'll be making this often.

Cauliflower with Dijon Sauce

This is great. I steamed the cauliflower in the microwave, tossed it with the mayo/mustard, put shredded mozzarella on top (didn't have any cheddar) and broiled it until lightly browned. Delicious!
