i went blueberry picking this afternoon and wanted to make some muffins with them. These were the first muffins I have made from scratch and was amazed by how great they turned out! They were moist and delicious without being greasy.
Such a great, easy recipe for someone who has never made crust before! I made this recipe using mini cupcake trays. If you are going to try it, I think it is best to spread the crust thinly because they puffed up and left almost no room for the topping. I would also make two batches of the topping because there wasn't enough to put in all 24 of them.
I followed the directions exactly and they turned out AWESOME! Note that they don't spread out a lot on the cookie sheet so you don't need to space them out too far.
