This is the only way I make meatballs anymore!! I omit the puree and the tomatoes. I just use a jar of sauce, my family is not big on tomatoes. I also add the parmesan to my meat mixture. I assure you that there is no need for the extra step of pre baking your meatballs. They hold there shape. I dump a little sauce in the crockpot and mix the meat. I make the balls and place them directly into the crockpot and layer sauce through each layer. They are nice tender meatballs and very flavorful!!!
This is terrific! It was so easy, you arrange it all in the dish throw some foil over it and done!! My husband and I loved it. I was heavy with the Old Bay seasoning. Makes such a nice dinner. I served it with peirogies.
Very yummy!!! It was so nice to come home to a hot bowl of soup!! I changed nothing and it was delicious!!!
This was a great recipe, we used raspberry filling instead of strawberry jam. It was the kind that you use in pastries and so forth. It worked out great!!
This was fabulous!!! I had two bone in chicken breasts and a boneless all frozen and threw them in. I also added broth instead of water and a bit of garlic powder and carrots. I had to work late and hubby had to finish it with the biscuts. He didn't understand my instructions and put them in whole. It still came out and it was so good to come home to!!! Thank you for this yummy recipe!!!
This is a favorite comfort food of mine!! My mom has made these for years. I usually leave out the olives and onions. My mom has a friend who will make these up ahead and freeze them to pull out later as needed.
This is a great recipe. I used leftover meatballs in sauce from a previous dinner that I had in the freezer. I just crumbled them up. This is super easy and delicious!!!
I just made this and it is cooling now. I can't to taste it!!! I used splenda, egg beaters and 1/2 fat free 1/2 & 1/2 and 1/2 skim milk. It turned out great!!! It seems so creamy and thick. This is a definate keeper!!!
We bake many different kinds of cookies at Christmas and this is my favorite!!! We do a little extra and dip the other end in milk chocolate and almonds!!! These are wonderful!!!
I loved this bread! I lightened it up a bit by using applesauce in place of butter. I also used light sour cream and egg beaters. This was delish!!
I thought this was wonderful, however, I did replace 1/2 the water with chicken stock. I also mashed some of the soup with a potato masher to thicken it a bit. Very good!!
