It was awesome and easy. The first time I made it I forgot to add the eggs, and it made absolutely scrumptious peanut butter SHORTBREAD cookies. Not sure which one I like better.

I agree the cookies are too bland and spread out too much. I added a 1/2 cup more flour and 1 tsp of chai spice. Of course you need 1 cup chocolate chips (or dried blueberries). Good initial recipe.
Very delicious and easy to make. I will definitely make it again, but I found the dough a bit dense. Next time I am going to reduce the flour by at least 1 cup of flour. Hopefully this will make the type of holes in the muffins that will act as little reservoirs for butter and jam. Thanks so much.
Absolutely terrific. The kitchen smelled so good. The chicken was so moist, especially the breast meat. My wife wouldn't let me keep the marinade (even simmered) so I made a second batch for the sauce. So worth it! I now have to think what to do with the leftover sauce.

Terrific Recipe! I used sriracha as the hot sauce and it was great for us. If you want hotter you can modify it to your tastes although it was perfect for us. The only thing I substituted was a vegetable oil for olive oil as it goes solid when in the fridge. Definitely a keeper.
