This was awesome! I took the advice of others and floured my chicken, sauteed onions, bell peppers, carrots, and brocolli in a seperate skillet and then added them before I added the sauce (which I doubled). I served over rice and my family loved it. My only small complaint was that it was slightly salty- I will use low sodium soy sauce next time and probably will not salt my chicken. Would highly recommend!
Excellent! I couldnt find black bean soup so I just used a can of black beans. I also used a large can of crushed tomatoes and a regular can of diced tomatoes. I forgot to add the corn and garlic but it was great anyway. I sauteed my vegetables in olive oil before adding them and I cooked this on the stove top to hurry it up. I didnt have dried parsley so I garnished mine with fresh flat leaf parsley and colby/jack cheese. Thanks for the recipe- we loved it!
This is my new lasagna recipe! My only changes were that I used ricotta cheese rather than cottage cheese and I probably only cooked my sauce for 30 minutes. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!
With a few changes this is a really good comfort dish. I sauteed an onion and a small bell pepper in EVOO then added my turkey, S&P, 3 minced garlic cloves, basil, oregano, and a little chili powder. I also added 2 cans of tomatoe sauce rather than 1. I used Ziti pasta (almost a whole box) and diced soft motz. cheese and stirred in. Will make again with these changes.
Very good recipe! Only changes were that I used 3 eggs for each crust and I also left out the dried onions and instead sauteed a little onion and bell pepper.
YUMMY!! I did add some cheddar cheese and decreased the Velvetta to compensate. I toasted some thin sliced French bread in the oven with olive oil until crunchy and served these as "dippers." Very, very good!
Very good recipe! My only changes was adding a can of cream corn and a can of whole kernal corn and I used Velvetta rather than Mexican cheese and I topped with bacon. I also served with Nann (bread). Very tasty dinner!
Very good! It makes alot- I got 18 pieces from this recipe. The garlic was a great addition!
Didnt like this cookie at all. I'll keep looking for a better recipe.
Icing covers very good, but I didnt like the flavor of the almond extract.
