Eclectic Cook

I can remember cooking from a very early age... I was always fascinated by recipe books and the mysteries they contained! My mom started working when I was five so it was nothing for me to cook dinner by myself by the time I was 10. I decided one summer when I was about 14 that I would make the onion rings from the Joy of Cooking. I was enthralled because the recipe included beer! I didn't realize it would make a million onion rings!
