It was delicious!!! I substituted Feta cheese for the blue cheese as a few family members aren’t fans of blue cheese. Also, I ran out of the “Original” Hot sauce, used 1/8th of a cup of original with the Franks Buffalo, to finish it up! FANTASTIC! Either sauce 100% would definitely work

Loved it!!! Went by directions add a lil more broths than recommended (1/4c more of each), added the wine as in the 1st comment. Sautéed all in the Instant Pot, added broths, tomatoes, stirred in penne pasta, and bay leaves. Set Instant Pot to “soup” setting for 8 minutes, cooked and released all pressure when time went off. Served with Italian bread and topped with grated Parmesean w/ spice😋

I prefer it made on a gas stove with a cast iron skillet. Ginger added with onions makes it nice & sweet!
