This is my “go to” recipe for chili. It can be made as is...or put your own spin on it. Either way, it’ll be great! I was short on black beans, so I added pinto beans and corn. YUM!

Simple Cucumber and Radish Salad

I love this recipe! I made it with and without cucumbers. I like radish pickles and this works perfectly. When I want cucumbers, I just toss them in the bowl. Easy peasy! Thanks!

Yum!! This is delicious as is...I added leftover veggies as well. In all honesty, I used some leftover penne pasta in place of the spaghetti. Win win situation!! Thanks for the post.

This is awesome! I used Sauteed veggies, but the basic egg mixture is really good and easy! It’s a great recipe to use for any type of quiche. It’s a keeper!
