I have made this recipe several times. It is great as is. It's also good with turkey meat for a lower fat option.

This was good. I noticed my balsamic vinegar was a little sweeter than I've had in the past so I added a little apple cider vinegar for more acid. I topped my salad with roasted pistachios and aged parmesan cheese.

Simple Buttermilk Coffee Cake

This was a really good and easy coffee cake. I followed the recipe exactly and added a streusel of brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, and pecans on top. If I had had fresh berries I wouldn't have bothered with a streusel, but since I didn't I wanted to add a little something. Enjoy!

Best Ever Meat Loaf

I've been making this recipe for years and I won't use any other meatloaf recipe. With that being said, I do typically use bell pepper in place of the carrot but that is just a personal preference. For the shredded cheese I recommend a sharp cheddar. My favorite is Sargento's 4 state cheddar mix. Having a few different kinds of cheese in there kind of adds something, but I have made it with one kind as well. Definitely give this recipe a try!

I didn't make any changes and this was really good. I recommend making more than you'll eat the first night because, like others said, it is better the second!

Broiled Scallops

I highly recommend this. Super easy and good. I served this with cheese filled ravioli tossed in a garlic, onion, fresh tomato, basil, and olive oil sauce. Will definitely make again!

Fresh Cranberry Cake

I have some very picky dessert eaters in my family and they loved this cake so much that I've already been asked to make it again. It was a good balance of sweet and sour and was perfectly moist. I followed some of the other reviewers suggestions and only made half of the sauce. Thanks so much for the recipe! I think I have a new fall staple at our house!
