Superb! Only variation I made was adding fresh carrots & potatoes w/ frozen broccoli. If you use fresh carrots you'll need to start them cooking first though. Kids & hubby loved this dish. Thank you!

We've used this recipe for a few years now. My hubby went to Louisville and ate at Skyline and this is just like it. I don't refrigerate over night I just use 97% lean ground beef and it never seems to be too greasy. I don't use whole allspice berries as I can't seem to find them so I use 1 1/2tsp powder and it tastes great.

Great simple recipe. Love this! I make a smaller version, and usually at the last minute and it still tastes great no need to let sit. *update 12-13-18* Tastes have changed over the years and I leave out the peppers, only adding tiny diced tomato with cilantro and dressing. Delicious!

I just made this for the first time for my kids. They love it. I used less milk because they aren't much for saucy mac n cheese. Quick and easy, thank you!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Have used this for a few years now and it's always great. You can put the left over from the bag in a sauce pan and biol for 3-5 minutes then simmer until steak is ready for extra dipping sauce at the table. Delicious.

I've made this recipe for years. I use a can of Rotella instead of salsa and slightly less broth. .Perfect every time. You must sauté the raw rice.
